Troubleshooting
Find Leads returns nothing
Plan, allowances, search sources and a search that is too narrow are the usual reasons a search finds no one

Look at Settings → System check → Find Leads.
Common reasons
| What System check says | What it means | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Find Leads on your plan: Off by choice | Finding new prospects isn't on your plan | Settings → Billing & Usage |
| Search runs: Needs attention | Every search run for this period is used | Wait for the period to reset, or upgrade in Settings → Billing & Usage |
| Verified prospects: Needs attention | Every verified prospect for this period is used | As above |
| Company search sources: Needs attention | No company search source is available on ClientTurn's side right now | Nothing to change in your settings; contact support |
If everything is ready
A search that finds nobody is usually too narrow. Try:
- Step 1: A wider location, or several nearby towns.
- Step 2: Fewer required signals.
- Step 3: A lower minimum grade.
ClientTurn only finds contacts from free, first-party sources, such as a company's own website and Companies House. It never buys contact data, so a company that publishes no team or contact page may be found without a named contact.
